Online Purchases 

Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your www.cosmeidksin.com order, you can return or exchange it in its original packaging with the original packing slip within 5 days of purchase date.

To return or exchange an item(s), please call Customer Service at 1-213-905-2858 Monday through Friday from 11am to 5:00pm PST to receive a Return Authorization number that you should mark on the outside of your package. Complimentary shipping will be provided for all returns and exchanges made within 5 days of original purchase date.

When you return your purchase to DR+LAB/ Desembre USA  within 5 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 14 days for the credit process. 


You can exchange your purchase within 5 days for another item(s) of equal or greater value.

Items received more than 5 days after purchase date may not be returned or exchanged.

Only items purchased on www.Cosmediskin.com can be returned to DR+LAB USA Online. Items purchased in an official showroom, a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase. Purchases your order from the official stores can not be returned to the online website. Please contact with the official showroom regarding your issues. 

Item(s) that can be exchanged/returned:

  • If the item(s) you received are not same as your order or incomplete order from DR+LAB USA.
  • Failure of retail packaging will be given exchange.
    (This rule Only applies to recently purchased/unopened items)

Item(s) that CANNOT be returned:

  • Final sale / promotion items are not eligible for return.
  • We are NOT responsible for any product(s) damages or issues induced by the customer.
  • If the retail packaging has been opened or is damaged, no refund or exchange of the product will be issued since it has diminished in value.
  • If the product(s) has been neglected/unused for extended periods of time, the product(s) would still be diminished in value (even if the retail packaging has never been opened). Therefore, refund/ exchange will NOT be applicable.
  • If you simply change your mind about the product(s) and request return/exchange, you may return all items were provided by DR+LAB USA (Promotion Gift, samples, etc).
    (In this case, we may charge you return shipping costs and 15% of restocking fee.)

A Shipping and handling fee based on weights will be deducted from your total refund amount. 

  • You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Cosmediskin strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Store Purchases 

Returns and Exchanges

The following policy applies to all products purchased and treatment at DR+LAB Cos-Medi Skin Store. This notice may be used for legal proceedings, therefore, please read before making the purchase.
  • All return include treatment must be allowed within 5 days of purchase with its original receipt.
  • Products must be “Unused, Unopened and in the original packaging” for return & exchange. (No returns or exchanges on opened or used products. No exceptions.)
  • All returns (products & treatment) can be exchanged for other products or refunded in Store Credit only, NOT in the original form of payment.
  • Failure of retail packaging will be given 100% exchange. (This rule Only applies to recently purchased/unopened items with the original receipt/ Restocking Fee 15% will be charged.)
  • For all complains about purchased products, it may process after considering the Claim Report (Request Form) carefully (It may take up to 10 days to process). If there are skin problems due to the product usage, please provide the Medical Certificate in order to proceed with the request.
Item that CANNOT be returned:

    Facial Service Reservation: 

      • In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment, we will contact you after booking your appointment for credit card information to guarantee your reservation. 

    Cancellation Policies and Fees:

      • Your facial treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the facial treatment scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

      • Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to one facial treatment deduction of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be deducted of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

      • When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. 

    Series of treatments:

      • We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any facial treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or store credit of equal value, to be used on any other products or facial services available at stores (Buena Park & LA locations).

    Valuable personal belongings:

      • Please be sure to secure all your personal belongings, especially items of value. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal property.

If shipping is delayed by some reasons – out of stock, holidays, etc.– we will contact you via email or the direct number in your information.
